Beetroot chapathi recipe:
Beet root chapathi is Indian recipe with a typcial combination of beetroot paste and wheat flour (Dough)
What we need ?

1/2 cup of carrot

2 Green Chillies

Sufficient Oil
-
Salt to taste

1 Cup of Beetroot

1 cup of Wheat Flour
Preparation:
Heat 2 tsps oil in a pan
Now fry Green Chillies in low flame
Now fry Carrot and Beetroot Pieces in low flame
Add the sufficient Salt and mix it well
Now allow it for 2 min’s, then turn off the stove and now try to grind these things in to a smooth paste.
The grinded paste will be in this way.
Add the sufficient Wheat Flour to this smooth paste
Now try to knead them into dough without using water.
Divide the dough into small balls and Dip the balls into flour
Roll the dough with a rolling pin
Until the balls resemble thin and round .
Heat a frying pan.
Drop Some oil on the Pan.
Place the chapati on the pan.
Cook it until it’s a bit less than halfway cooked by applying some oil on chapathi
Then flip it over.
You should rotate each chapati every few seconds to make sure that it gets cooked evenly.
Now the hot beetroot chapathis are ready to serve with Curry
