Introduction:
It is one of the typical Indian pakodi which deals with the combination of eggs, onions, gram flour and other Indian spice majorly. Mostly this snack can be seen on Indian streets.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Onions
- 3 Boiled Eggs ( Can be increased )
- 1/4 cup of Rice flour
- 1 Tsp Tymol seeds
- 2 Cups of Oil
- 2 Tsp of Red Chili Powder
- Sufficient Salt
- Some Cooking Soda
- Some Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Cup Bengal gram Flour
Procedure:
- Initially drop onions in one Bowl
- Add the gram flour and Rice flour
- Mix it Gently with water until it becomes soft and sticky
- Now add boiled egg pieces (vertical in shape) with out yolk
- Now Add chili powder, salt, tymol seeds, cumin seeds, cooking soda and coriander leaves
- Now Mix it Slowly and Gently
- Now add some oil so that it becomes crispy and mix it gently
- Now mixture is ready for making pakodi
- Heat 2 Cups of Oil in Pan
- Add some salt in oil so that oil doesn’t stick to pakodi
- Make mixture into small rounds and drop in oil slowly
- Try to reverse it regularly until they change into brown color
- After changing into nice brown color, take them into bowl carefully
- Hot Egg onion Pakodi is ready to serve
