Red Chili Rice Recipe:
Introduction:
Red chili rice is a typical Indian rice which actually is a combination of mainly red chili powder, boiled rice and Indian spices.
What we need ?

Curry Leaves – 2

Garlic – 6

Green Chillies – 2
-
2 tsps oil

Salt to Taste

Tomato – 2
-
Sufficient Termeric Powder

1/2 tsp Corainder Powder
-
1 tsp Red Chillie Powder
-
Sufficient Mint
-
Cloves – 2
-
Cinnamon – 2
-
Cardamon – 1
-
Onion – 1
-
Biryani Leaves – 2
-
Sufficient Biryani Flower

3 Cups of Rice
Preparation Red Chili Rice ?

Heat 2 tsps oil in a pan

Now fry the green chillies & garlic in low flame

Similarly fry onions in low flame
-
Now Drop Cloves, Cinnamons, Cardamon

Now drop biryani leaves and flowers
-
Similarly drop curry leaves & mint until it changes into brown color
-
In mean while, try to add chillie powder to boiled rice and mix it well.

Now add some turmeric powder & tomatoes.

Now fry it for 1 min by covering the pan

After one minute try to mix it well again.

Tomatoes shouldn’t become completely softer

Now add coriander powder and enough salt.

And try to mix it well

Now add boiled rice mixture and try to mix it well completely.

After mixing it well now allow the rice for atleast 3 mins by putting pan cover.

After 3 mins try to mix well again.
-
Now finally allow it for one minute by putting pan cover
Hot Red Chillie rice is ready for taste with soup
