How to make Pudina kothimeera Chutney – Indian Chutneys

Pudina kothimeera Chutney

Introduction:

It is the typical Indian chutney which is the combination of Pudina, Coriander leaves and Indian spices majorly

Ingredients:

Pudina kothimeera Chutney

  • 3 cups of pudina
  • 1 cup of Coriander leaves
  • Sufficient oil
  • Sufficient salt
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Fenu Greek seeds
  • 1 Tsp Bengal Gram
  • 1 Tsp Popudinusulu
  • 1/4 cup Ground nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Sesame
  • 2 Curry leaves
  • 5 Red chili
  • 1 cup of Green chili
  • 1 Tsp Coriander seeds
  • Some Turmeric Powder
  • Garlic – 10

Procedure:

  • Heat the oil in pan

  • Now fry green chili in low flame

  • Add Garlic

  • Add Cumin seeds, Fenu Greek, Coriander seeds

  • Add Sesame and mix it properly

  • Add Pudina now and mix it thoroughly until it becomes soft.

  • Add Coriander leaves now and mix it thoroughly until it becomes soft

Pudina kothimeera Chutney

  • Try to fry it properly other wise the taste becomes bitter

  • Grind these mixture by adding sufficient salt

  • After grinding, the Pudina paste will be in this way, now let us go for tempering again.

  • Add Popu dinusulu for tempering

  • Add Red Chili, ground nuts, Bengal gram and fry it well

  • Fry it well until they change into brown color

  • Add curry leaves, turmeric and pudina paste.

  • Mix it properly for atleast 2 mins until it becomes nice and soft paste.
