Introduction:
It is the typical chutneys made in India specially south India, which actually is a combination of coconut and coriander leaves majorly
Ingredients:

- 1 cup coconut pieces
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- sufficient salt
- 1 cup green chili
- 1 Tsp Coriander seeds and fenu greek seeds
- Some Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 5 Red chilies
- Sufficient oil
- 1 Tsp Popu Dinusulu
- 1/4 cup Garlic
- 1/4 cup Tamarind juice
- 1 Tsp Bengal Gram
- 2 Tsp Ground nuts
Procedure:
- Heat the sufficient oil in Pan
- Fry green chili and garlic in low flame

- Now add cumin seeds, fenugreek and coriander seeds, then mix it properly

- Now add coriander leaves and mix it properly

- Now add coconut pieces, mix it properly and allow for 2 mins


- Do not fry too much since it loses taste

- Now grind these mixture along with tamarind juice and salt

- After grinding, the mixture turns into paste in this way, now lets go for tempering again

- Again heat the sufficient oil in Pan

- Add popu dinusulu and red chili, temper it well

- Now add ground nuts, bengal gram and fry it well

- Now add turmeric, coconut paste and fry it properly


- Now hot tasty coconut chutney is ready
