Introduction:
It is typical combination of Aaloo, Menthi and Indian spices.
What we Need ?

- 3 cups of Boiled Rice
- One cup Potato pieces
- One cup Fenu greek leaves
- One cup Spring onion leaves
- Some Coriander leaves
- Sufficient salt
- Some Turmeric Powder
- One Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 4 – Green Chili
Procedure
Heat 4 Tsp of Oil in a Pan

Now Fry Cumin Seeds and Green Chili in low flame


Add Spring Onion & Fenu Greek leaves, mix it well in low flame


Add Potato Pieces, mix it well, allow it for 2 or 3 mins

After 3 mins, mix it well again, make sure potato gets soft.

Now add Turmeric, salt, coriander leaves and mix it properly.



Here comes the 3 cups of boiled rice, add and mix it properly

Now allow it for 2 or 3 mins
After 3 mins, mix it again properly

Aaloo menthi rice is ready to serve.
